Client Overview:

A 40-year-old construction company based in Iloilo province is in urgent need of a SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD to support its business expansion.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Head will lead our client's procurement, logistics, and inventory management functions. This role is key to ensuring that all materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards while guiding a capable team to support ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the supply chain team to support multiple construction projects.
  • Manage procurement activities, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all suppliers comply with safety, quality, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with project managers and site engineers for accurate material planning.
  • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain function.

Job Specifications:

  • Solid 8 years experience in supply chain or procurement management, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams in a project-driven environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight construction timelines.

Note:

-This role is onsite in Iloilo. Iloilo-based candidates and those who are from other regions who are willing to relocate in Iloilo are encouraged to apply.

-A competitive compensation package and relocation allowance shall be provided by the client to those who are non-resident of Iloilo. (Rate posted is negotiable depending on the candidate's overall qualifications).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
