About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Procurement and Sourcing Coordinator based in Limay In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for sourcing raw materials, traded goods, services, and managing operational procurement projects. Your expertise will ensure we maintain strong supplier relationships and secure the best deals to keep our business running efficiently.

You will also ensure the timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, engineering spares, and plant services within required specifications, delivery lead times, and at the lowest possible cost without disrupting manufacturing or plant operations. The role may involve occasional travel to our Pasig office about once a week or less and participation in high-spend or high-risk projects critical to productivity. What you will be doing
  • Promote company safety standards and ensure compliance with SH&E charters for self and suppliers.
  • Source and procure goods and services, including supplier development and contract management.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and manage procurement projects at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Maintain purchasing budgets and ensure continuous supply of raw materials and consumables.
  • Build strong supplier relationships, mitigate risks through dual sourcing, and uphold quality and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D, and technology teams to support requirements and drive cost-saving initiatives.
What you will bring
  • Academic degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or purchasing, with solid experience in procurement and project management.
  • Proficient in SAP and skilled in negotiation, with strong market awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey both technical and business value in English.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Enthusiastic, results-driven, and able to thrive in a global, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
