Who we are:

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water.

About the Job:

We are looking for
Procurement Engineers
who can ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality construction materials and equipment. The ideal candidates will have strong technical and coordination skills, ensuring that all purchased items meet project specifications and support the smooth execution of our ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects.

About the Role

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of materials and equipment to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Warehouse Team to monitor material availability and prevent project delays.
  • Communicate with suppliers ensure on time delivery and address any potential quality issues/discrepancies.
  • Prioritize procurement activities based on project urgency and critical requirements.
  • Maintain organized procurement records and track supplier performance for continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring purchases and generating reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering fields such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement function in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with SAP will be an advantage.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills to manage tasks effectively under changing demands and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Amenable to a full on-site work setup and willing to visit project sites when required.
