Morning Shift

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (IT Category) to lead the full strategic sourcing cycle for IT hardware, software, and services. This role supports multiple business units under a centralized procurement structure, ensuring all technology requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with operational needs

.Key Responsibilitie

s Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and services

. Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks, ensuring supply continuity

. Manage vendor lifecycle: accreditation, onboarding, evaluation, and renewals

. Negotiate pricing, licensing models, and service agreements

. Collaborate with Digital Tech, Business Tech, and Finance teams

. Handle complex purchase requests and recommend sourcing options

. Support annual planning for software renewals and tech investments

. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and cost efficiency

.Qualification

s Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or related course

. At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement

. Strong background in IT hardware, software, and/or service procurement

. Experience in software licensing, vendor/SLA management, cybersecurity providers, and multi-vendor contracting

. Skilled in negotiation, cost analysis, supplier management, and contract review

. Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
