About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at Zirconia Inc', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Makati City. In this full-time role, you will lead a talented team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Your strong leadership and strategic mindset will be key in ensuring the restaurant's continued success and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight
  2. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
  3. Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring service standards and resolving any customer complaints
  4. Collaborate with the culinary team to manage menu planning, pricing, and food quality
  5. Implement and maintain effective systems and procedures to drive operational efficiency
  6. Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  5. Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management or a related field would be an advantage
