About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining company standards, driving profitability, and leading your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

➤ Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service quality.

To Qualify, You Must Have:

➤ Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in an international fast food restaurant.

➤ Proven experience in managing daily operations to optimize efficiency and maintain adherence to established standards.

➤ Demonstrated experience in managing overall restaurant profitability, driving sales, fostering team development, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing operations, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

➤ Ability to lead and develop a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

➤ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

➤ Has exceptional communication and customer-handling skills.

➤ Valid passport and readiness with required documents (police clearance, employment records, school credentials, etc.).
