About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Circle Square Builders Inc. as a Project Engineer on a contract basis. You will be based in Pampanga, Central Luzon and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of the company's construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Interpret and translate architectural and engineering designs into detailed project plans
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the construction team, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed
  • Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects
  • Strong technical expertise in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Preferably residing in Pampanga.
