  • Oversee the inbound shipment process from suppliers or vendors.
  • Track and coordinate the arrival of goods, ensuring timely delivery and correct quantities.
  • Manage relationships with transportation partners and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations concerning inbound goods.
  • Ensure proper documentation of incoming goods and materials.
  • Oversee the proper storage of incoming inventory and ensure that products are stocked in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Work with the warehouse team to conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
  • Identify discrepancies in stock and work on resolutions to minimize inventory errors.
  • Supervise and manage the inbound team (warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, etc.).
  • Train and guide team members on best practices for inbound operations.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that daily operations are carried out efficiently.
  • Manage the inbound customer service inquiries, addressing concerns related to order status, delays, and product information.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner, and inventory is available for fulfillment.
  • Handle returns and exchanges for products as per company policy.
  • Analyze inbound processes for inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Provide reports on inbound metrics such as delivery times, order accuracy, inventory turnover, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, procurement, etc.) to align on strategies for improving inbound processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely shipments.
