Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations are strictly followed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff to reach their full potential.
  • Monitor performance, set goals, and drive the team to meet targets.
  • Implement promotional and marketing activities to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
