We're Hiring: HR Manager | Cebu

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Experience: 6–10 Years (preferred in HR generalist/leadership roles)

Compensation: Up to ₱50,000 PM (inclusive of basic, allowances, and statutory components, from employer side)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations at our Cebu site. This role requires a strong HR generalist with proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, who can also drive engagement and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall HR operations for the Cebu site.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and implement HR strategies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and the entire employee life cycle.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance management with professionalism and fairness.
  • Provide data-driven insights through HR analytics and reporting.
  • Manage and mentor HR team members to build capability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of HR experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end HR functions (recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
