We're looking for a *results-driven HR Manager* who can champion people, drive compliance, and support company-wide goals with *passion, discipline, and integrity*.

*KEY QUALIFICATIONS:*

  • Bachelor's Degree in *Human Resource Management*, *Psychology*, *Business Administration*, or related field

  • With *7+ years of progressive HR experience*, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity

  • Strong working knowledge in *all HR facets*: recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, labor compliance, performance management, and organizational development

  • Able to *work during holidays, weekends, and extended hours* when *exigency of service arises*
