QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2-3 years payroll related work experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge in payroll timekeeping/processing,
  • Proficient in using HRIS/Payroll system.
  • Coordination skills with different department.
  • Keen to details.
  • Sense of urgency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Timekeeping Management:

  • Handles timekeeping tasks, ensuring accurate tracking of employee attendance and hours worked
  • Monitors/updates roster/manpower movements such as promotion, exit, etc.

Payroll Computation:

  • Manage the payroll computation, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Calculate wages, overtime, and any other payroll adjustments in compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare and submit necessary reports related to payroll, attendance, and loan processing for as the needs arise

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, bank applications, and time keeping issues
  • Work closely with the finance and HR teams to ensure seamless coordination of payroll-related tasks

Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
