SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with other departments as required for process improvements

  • Resolve complex customer service issues and problems utilizing expertise in payroll policies and laws

  • Respond to questions from employees and resolves discrepancies

  • Utilize advanced level of payroll knowledge and experience, creativity, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems

  • Assist Team Lead with the training and development of the payroll processors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, policies and payroll taxes

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills

  • Initiative orientation in Process Improvement and RCA

  • Conducts Payroll Process and skills training

  • Well-versed in MS Excel

  • Must have good communication skills

  • Stakeholder Management and Partnering with On-shore

  • Worked in Multinational Company, BPO, Shared Service

  • Must have Payroll case management and escalation handling experience

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience

  • College Graduate
