Title: Finance & Admin Supervisor
Location: BGC, Taguig | Full-time, Office-based (Monday–Friday)
About the Role
We're looking for a Finance & Admin Supervisor to oversee day-to-day payroll, accounts receivable, and general office administration. This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional who can ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth office operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage payroll processing, statutory remittances, and employee benefits.
- Oversee accounts receivable, payment collections, and billing.
- Supervise administrative functions such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Lead and guide admin support staff in their daily tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years' combined experience in finance and administration.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and accounts receivable management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
