Operations Leadership

Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, and related operational units.

Ensure seamless coordination between Rooms Division and other departments (F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance) for smooth guest experiences.

Establish and enforce hotel operational policies, procedures, and service standards.

  1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Maintain high guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent delivery of Yello Hotel service standards.

Monitor guest feedback channels (surveys, online reviews, direct complaints) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated service issues promptly.

  1. Strategic & Financial Management

Contribute to hotel profitability by managing room revenues, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR).

Monitor operating budgets for Rooms Division; control costs while maintaining quality.

Work with Finance and GM to prepare forecasts, budgets, and operational reports.

  1. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and mentor supervisors and line staff across the Rooms Division.

Ensure manpower planning, scheduling, and training align with operational requirements.

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.

  1. Quality, Compliance & Safety

Enforce compliance with hotel, brand, and regulatory standards (safety, sanitation, security).

Oversee preventive maintenance coordination with Engineering to ensure room and facility upkeep.

Monitor and implement health, safety, and environmental policies in line with industry best practices.

  1. Strategic Planning & Business Alignment

Support hotel-wide strategies for revenue generation, guest engagement, and operational efficiency.

Participate in management committee meetings to align Rooms Division objectives with overall hotel goals.

Provide input in long-term planning, including expansion of services and guest offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
