The Head of Digital Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's end-to-end digital operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services, process optimization through technology, and alignment with business strategy. This role combines strategic leadership and operational execution to drive efficiency, innovation, scalability, and customer experience across all digital platforms.

The position leads digital service delivery, automation, and process digitization while ensuring compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity standards. The Head of Digital Operations also mentors a high-performing team, fosters collaboration across departments, and builds strong partnerships with technology vendors and regulators. Acting as both strategist and operator, the role is key in driving RAFI MFI's digital transformation and operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Pay: Php64, Php90,000.00 per month
