JOB SUMMARY

The Bill Chase Representative is responsible to proactively reach out to providers who have treated a Paradigm injured worker and ensure they have the appropriate billing information for Paradigm. It plays a crucial role in reaching out to healthcare providers who have treated injured workers, ensuring accurate and complete billing information is obtained for timely reimbursement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provider Outreach: Proactively reach out to healthcare providers who have treated injured workers to gather billing information. Establish and maintain positive relationships with providers to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions with healthcare providers obtained and any challenges faced. Document all relevant information to the system.
  • Provider Education: Educate health providers on how to submit a claim and Work collaboratively with providers to address recurring issues and improve the accuracy of submitted claims.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed any 4-year college course
  • 1-2 years experience in a healthcare BPO setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare provider specialties

  • Amenable to work onsite in Alabang and US shifts
