Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment team and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (consulting experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
