I. Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring high-quality talent to support the company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage full-cycle hiring processes. Leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition, you will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and design comprehensive recruitment plans
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple sourcing channels to identify top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical, senior, supervisory, managerial, and executive-level positions
  • Post job openings on internal and external recruitment platforms
  • Collect completed candidate application forms, prepare HR interview documentation, and consolidate Hiring Manager interview feedback
  • Prepare accurate job offers supported by comprehensive salary analyses
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports, including the MRF Master List, Hiring Database, ERP Database, Job Offer Master List, and Onboarding Master List
  • Coordinate with Onboarding and Compensation & Benefits teams to facilitate pre-employment requirements and the preparation of employee 201 files
  • Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all candidates are treated professionally and respectfully throughout the recruitment process
  • Consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including Turnaround Time (TAT), Hiring Fill Rate, and Cost per Hire
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members
  • Attend relevant training programs and obtain certifications related to the role
  • Act as a company brand ambassador by promoting the organization's employer brand and values to candidates
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead, Manager, or Department Head

III. Qualifications

A. Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course

B. Minimum Experience / Training

  • At least three (3) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

C. Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with employees at all organizational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity, flexibility, and respect for diversity
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Effective presentation and problem-solving abilities

IV. Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work arrangement with reporting to the company's main office in Makati City
  • Compressed workweek schedule from Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to render overtime when required
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, both onsite and virtually
