The Sales Campaign Specialist provides administrative and creatives support to Sr. Sales Campaigns Manager in implementation of sales campaigns process, analyzation and participation in campaign strategy creation, coordination and alignment with different departments involved in sales campaign execution such as Marketing and Communications, Retailer and Brand Key Accounts Management Team, Sales Network, CRM, and Online (for SMPH).

What You'll Do:

Sales Campaign Support

  • Monitors and reports progress of sales campaign requests from Sales
  • Actively tracks and organizes budget allocation of all marketing requests from Sales
  • Monitors progress of sales campaign development and executions of other departments (Marketing and Communications, CRM, Brand Key Accounts Management Team, Sales Network and Online Team to ensure on-time implementation of sales campaigns
  • Gathers report updates from other departments (Marketing and Communications, CRM, Online)
  • Supports all requestor (Key Accounts – Retailers and Brands, and Sales Network) in any sales campaign related inquiries or requirements
  • Assists and proposed improvements needed to streamline sales campaigns processes
  • Creates periodic performance reports

Sales Campaign Execution

  • Responsible for sales campaign requests administrative work
  • Work with Marketing, CRM, and Online Team to execute sales campaigns from Key Accounts and Sales Network
  • Responsible in data gathering from Marketing and Online Team analytics
  • Responsible for reporting progress of sales campaign requests
  • Safekeep and monitor sales campaign requests, month on month plan, and budget allocation

What You Need To Have

  • At least 2 years' experience with Sales and Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English (both spoken and written)
  • Good PC skills (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience/understanding of online and offline campaign implementation
  • Experience working within team–oriented and cross collaborative environment
