JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Campaign Support Associate
to join our Engagement team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in digital marketing operations within a fast-paced, tech-driven insurance company.

You'll support our Campaign Managers and Engagement Lead in the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns aimed at driving sales as well as improving customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Campaign Execution Support
:

  • File and manage tickets for campaign data extractions (e.g., customer segments list)
  • Coordinate with wider marketing team, product and platform team and technology teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery

Operational Assistance:

  • Support campaign Managers & Engagement lead with campaign setup task (e.g., material briefing)

Assist in campaign calendar management & meeting coordination.

Performance Monitoring & Fulfilment:

  • Track and monitor campaign performance
  • Support in fulfilment of campaign rewards aligned to terms and conditions

Documentation & Process Support

  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign approvals, briefs and ticketing logs
  • Help streamline operational workflows for future campaign scalability

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education level:
    Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of Experience:
    1 –3 years' experience in marketing operations, campaign support or project coordination
  • Skills and Characteristics:

    Comfortable navigating change, especially in evolving markets like insurance or tech.
