About the Role

We are looking for a Mortgage & Credit Process Officer who can hit the ground running, providing critical support across the full loan journey — from application lodgment through to settlement and beyond.

You'll work closely with brokers to:

  • Manage client servicing and loan documentation
  • Review payslips, income docs, IDs, credit reports, etc.
  • Handle CRM tasks using SalesTrekker and Flex
  • Maintain compliance with AFG and lender-specific requirements
  • Provide virtual PA-style support and progress tracking
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and brokers to move deals forward

About You

You thrive under pressure, love structure and detail, and are deeply familiar with what brokers need behind the scenes to get deals over the line.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 2+ years' experience in mortgage servicing or para broking (AU market)
  • Solid working knowledge of SalesTrekker and Flex CRM
  • AFG exposure or experience working with brokers who hold an AFG licence (a big plus)
  • Comfort handling loans for SMSF, commercial, and self-employed clients
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail, compliance, and client care
