Loan Processing Specialist

We are looking for a Loan Processing Specialist with strong experience in the mortgage and lending industry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with lending software, CRM systems, and various operational tools. This role requires someone who can manage multiple loan files, ensure smooth communication with clients and third parties, and maintain speed and accuracy in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loan File Management
  • Manage 10–15 active loans per month.
  • Handle pre-approved loan files and transition them through the processing pipeline.
  • Order and follow up on title work, insurance, and appraisals.
  • Ensure all required documents are received from borrowers, title companies, and insurance providers.
  • Daily Workflow
  • Conduct daily follow-ups for missing documents.
  • Communicate with title companies twice weekly regarding outstanding items.
  • Track and update appraisal and insurance documents daily.
  • Perform increased follow-ups during the last week of the month to ensure file completion.
  • Send automated emails and maintain correspondence within the lending software.
  • Software & Tools
  • Work daily within Lendingwise and HubSpot (preferred).
  • Use Google Drive for file management and organization.
  • Leverage RingCentral for calls, audits, and communication.
  • Adapt quickly to new lending platforms and tools as needed.
  • Prospecting & Downtime
  • Use downtime to prospect new opportunities.
  • Clean and organize Lendingwise data to optimize efficiency.
  • Support in developing SOPs and improving operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the mortgage or lending industry.
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems; Lendingwise experience highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident and articulate on the phone; not shy about borrower or partner interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on speed and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Operational mindset with the ability to create and refine SOPs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where speed is critical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
