Are you an experienced Loan Processor / Credit Analyst with a background supporting Australian mortgage brokers? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and help drive smooth, accurate loan processing from the Philippines.

Role Overview

As our AU Loan Processor / Credit Analyst, you'll support the broker team by completing initial credit assessments, preparing loan applications, and ensuring compliance across the loan process. You'll play a key role in data entry, documentation, and communication that ensures clients get timely approvals and a seamless lending experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete initial credit assessments (servicing, credit checks, liability checks, compliance issues)
  • Collaborate with brokers on loan strategy and deal structuring
  • Review and prepare loan applications
  • Enter and maintain data in MyCRM, Mercury Nexus, and ApplyOnline (AOL)
  • Assist with document collection, file naming, and secure storage
  • Track loan application progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and support staff
  • Provide administrative and compliance-related support as required

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers
  • Strong understanding of Australian lending policies
  • Hands-on experience with loan CRMs such as MyCRM, Mercury Nexus, or ApplyOnline (AOL)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and time management
  • Ability to work full-time, aligned with Australian business hours (Mon–Fri).
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • Direct experience with MyCRM
  • Experience in compliance documentation and back-office lending support
  • Exposure to Australian aggregation groups or brokerage environments
