We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives on precision, data, and technology. In this role, you will drive recruitment operations by keeping candidate pipelines engaged, leveraging tools like Loxo to manage information, and delivering insights that help consultants make smarter hiring decisions. If you enjoy working with systems, optimising processes, and combining technical know-how with people skills, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Manage candidate check-in processes using reminders, calendar invites, and regular touchpoints.
  • Screen CVs, conduct phone and video assessments, and provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations.
  • Use Loxo to organise candidate profiles, track pipelines, and prepare client-ready coversheets via Canva.
  • Research and map talent markets for specific roles and skill sets on a project basis.
  • Codify and enrich candidate data to improve searchability and insights within the database.
  • Support business development through systematic lead collection and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with consultants on automated outreach campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain smooth communication across Slack and ensure files are structured and up to date in Google Drive.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

Experience and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some experience qualifying candidates for technical roles within JavaScript/TypeScript for software companies.
  • Technically adept with curiosity in technical domains.
  • Quality-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with proactive outreach using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with candidate categorisation and key skilling systems.
  • Proficient in Boolean search and other sourcing techniques.

Technical Proficiency

  • Experience with Loxo or Recruiterflow (CRM/ATS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Competency in Google Workspace.
  • Notion experience highly desirable.
  • Canva familiarity beneficial for candidate documents and presentations.
  • Exposure to AI tools with eagerness to learn more (we use Claude AI and Notion AI).
