Job Description
An HR–Administrative Associate combines human resources duties with general administrative support to provide day-to-day support that helps the office and branch operate smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources:
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate personnel files, attendance logs, leave credits, and HR databases.
- Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Compile and submit payroll inputs (timekeeping, overtime, leaves, and commission and incentives) to Finance/Payroll. Assist with government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Policy & Compliance: Help implement company policies and distribute memos.
- Support employee engagement activities: recognition programs, company events, and training schedules.
Administrative:
- Coordinate branch requests for the transmittal and receipt of documents
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Manage applications and address inquiries related to company insurance policies, as well as corporate mobile and landline services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 6 months of experience in HR Support or office administration
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HRIS or employee management system is an advantage
