Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls, assists visitors and schedules meetings.
  • Takes accurate minutes of the meetings.
  • Conducts research, canvasses suppliers, collects quotations and coordinates with merchants or contractors.
  • Drafts correspondences including reports, letters, proposals, announcements, etc.
  • Maintains filing systems (physical and digital) including but not limited to reports, receipts, letters, orders, transmittals, etc.
  • Maintains supplies inventory and initiates purchase requests for restocking as necessary.
  • Maintains the data log of targets and deliverables of team members.
  • Engages in field work and acts as a liaison or messenger for tasks related to government offices, banks, bills payments, suppliers, etc.
  • Provides other administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the office.
  • Attends trainings, seminars, and workshops related to the position as advised by the management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Minimum Qualification Standards:

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • With at least two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Clerk.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspaces and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Has excellent command in written and spoken English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
