Administrative Assistant

- Answers phone calls, assists visitors and schedules meetings.
- Takes accurate minutes of the meetings.
- Conducts research, canvasses suppliers, collects quotations and coordinates with merchants or contractors.
- Drafts correspondences including reports, letters, proposals, announcements, etc.
- Maintains filing systems (physical and digital) including but not limited to reports, receipts, letters, orders, transmittals, etc.
- Maintains supplies inventory and initiates purchase requests for restocking as necessary.
- Maintains the data log of targets and deliverables of team members.
- Engages in field work and acts as a liaison or messenger for tasks related to government offices, banks, bills payments, suppliers, etc.
- Provides other administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the office.
- Attends trainings, seminars, and workshops related to the position as advised by the management.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- With at least two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Clerk.
- Proficient in using Google Workspaces and Microsoft Office applications.
- Has excellent command in written and spoken English.
