About the role

New Flavor House, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Guiguinto Bulacan. As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production processes, optimising workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time position will be based on-site at our state-of-the-art facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all production and operations activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational excellence and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, line workers, and maintenance technicians to foster a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous learning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align operations with broader business objectives
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations or production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in GMP, FSSC and ISO standard implementation for a food manufacturing
