Job Summary:

Will oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of materials and services. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, project management) to forecast procurement needs.

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Continuously analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.

Strong leadership and team management abilities
