JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER
JOB LEVEL: S1
JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose: Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's food products and brand presence online. This role will focus on increasing online visibility, engagement, and sales through various digital channels such as social media, search engines, email, content marketing, and display advertising.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, focusing on building brand awareness, customer engagement, and driving online sales for food products.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, affiliate marketing, and content marketing.
- Continuously optimize digital marketing strategies based on performance data and evolving industry trends.
Social Media Management & Growth
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, infographics) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's voice.
- Interact with followers, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain a positive and active online presence.
Market & Competitor Research
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, especially in the food industry.
- Monitor competitors' digital campaigns and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Customer Engagement & Brand Advocacy
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, questions, and feedback on social media and digital platforms.
- Foster relationships with brand advocates and ensure customer satisfaction through digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms to monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and sales, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and other partners to extend the brand's reach and promote products.
- Develop partnerships to drive traffic and build trust among the target audience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms .
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
