Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence, increasing brand visibility, and executing digital campaigns that drive engagement and customer growth. This role focuses on strengthening brand exposure across digital platforms, while also supporting trade marketing initiatives and contributing basic graphic design work. The ideal candidate is a creative, tech-savvy marketer who is highly organized and understands the importance of consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Brand Exposure

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and online visibility.
  • Manage and update content across digital platforms (social media, website, email newsletters).
  • Monitor performance metrics and analytics (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversions) to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate influencer and brand collaboration campaigns to expand reach.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement content calendars for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create engaging posts, monitor interactions, and respond to messages or inquiries promptly.
  • Stay updated on trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Trade Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development of trade marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and POS displays.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support promotions and trade activities in-store or at events.
  • Help manage merchandising assets and materials inventory.

Graphic Design Assistance

  • Support marketing efforts by creating visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Design social media graphics, banners, and marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with external designers or agencies when needed for advanced design work.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
  • Provide marketing support for product launches, events, and internal campaigns.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on brand exposure.
  • Some background or experience in trade marketing and basic graphic design is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and basic online advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Familiar with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital trends in the Philippine market.
  • Basic video editing skills are a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
