As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Officer who will lead and execute marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring measurable results and alignment with their business goals. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about strategy, data-driven decision-making, and creative storytelling.

Role Overview

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing strategies for Kreatex clients, from planning to execution, with a strong focus on performance, innovation, and ROI. You will collaborate closely with internal squads Design, Animation, Development, and AI to create campaigns that elevate client brands while ensuring seamless communication and reporting.

You'll act as both a strategist and executor, driving results across multiple channels such as social media, paid ads, email, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and craft tailored marketing strategies.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to identify growth opportunities.

  • Build marketing roadmaps and set clear, measurable KPIs.

  • Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing.

  • Work with the Design and Animation squads to create high-impact creatives and content.

  • Oversee campaign budgets and optimize performance for maximum ROI.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Provide actionable insights to clients with recommendations for improvement.

  • Internal Collaboration

  • Liaise with Kreatex squads to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.

  • Innovation & Growth

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI-driven marketing tools, and emerging platforms.

  • Identify opportunities for clients to leverage Kreatex's cutting-edge solutions for competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, social, and content marketing.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
