Draftsperson – Estimating Department

We're a growing construction company and we're looking for a talented Draftsperson to support our Estimating Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, communicates clearly, and enjoys turning technical information into accurate, industry-ready drawings.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, and layout documentation to support tenders and project proposals for Methodology Statements
  • Traffic Management Plans
  • Site Establishment Plans
  • Interpret architectural/engineering documents and convert them into accurate construction details
  • Work alongside Estimators to produce take-offs, measurements, and visual breakdowns
  • Assist with preparing technical documentation for submission packages

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Understanding of construction methods, building materials, and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Previous experience in construction, remedial, or engineering environments highly regarded
