JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
DEPARTMENT: Operations / Management
REPORTS TO: President / CEO / Owner
JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager oversees a company organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality. His/her main duties include the recruiting and hiring process, improving productivity, efficiency, and managing quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff Recruitment and Training
Oversee staffing plans, recruitment and training. Report on operational quality and standards.
Analyzing and improving processes enforcing health and safety procedures.
Quality Control
That involves planning and implementing production processes to improve quality, productivity and performance.
Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and relevant standards.
Make sure that branches comply with the Government permits and policies. Overseeing that permits are renewed before the expiration date and comply with the minimum requirements.
Making sure that the employees comply with the safety policies and requirements.
Budget Development and Management
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Oversee process management, purchasing, accounting, HR, and IT, ensuring the organization's smooth operation.
Enhance Customer Service Quality and Satisfaction
Mentor team members, and find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings.
Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate department heads to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure clear communication of the company's vision and policies across all departments.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all business processes are aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Support marketing and sales efforts to expand the company's reach.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
- Assess and manage potential risks to the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5–10 years of management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Can start ASAP.

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
