About the role

Activation Machine Inc.', a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple store/ account locations in the North Mindanao region. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across your assigned territory.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of store locations within the North Mindanao region
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximise store performance, productivity, and profitability
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stores
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
  • Analyse and interpret key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for growth and optimization
  • Serve as a strong brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging company culture within your region
  • Manage Area Managers and ensure 100% fulfillment and completion of services based on the service level of agreement.
  • Collaborates strategies and plans with clients and stakeholders. Ensuring that discussions for upcoming projects, services and/or product offers are aligned and well-set.
  • Directs the team on dealings with the client, customers and suppliers' operational concerns.
  • Proactively coordinates with client's representatives regarding issues or concerns
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with current clients and ensuring long-term collaboration.

  • Proven track record of success in a multi-site retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales optimization
  • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
