Operations Manager
for work on site in Davao City

Qualifications

  • 56 years of experience in operations or client management roles
  • Proven track record in high-pressure environments, red-account recoveries, or rapid turnaround projects
  • Strong communication and leadership presence in cross-functional crisis settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate project ideas
  • Ability to understand the needs and explain product value and able to understand the goals and requirements of the operation
  • Build rapport and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate brand partner needs and fulfill their requests
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior and initiate process improvement
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Earn up to P60K monthly salary

Responsibilities
Act as the primary client interface during stabilization engagements

Lead daily war-room sessions and deploy firefighting plans across functions

Drive operational rigor through SOP installation and root cause resolution

Coordinate with QA, WFM, and support teams to ensure alignment and speed

Deliver post-mortem insights and handover to BAU teams post-recovery
