Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance across all departments. This role involves managing workflows, optimizing processes, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting leadership in executing strategic goals. The Operations Manager ensures that operational activities run smoothly and align with company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, and other teams to support cross-functional operations.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation, staff scheduling, and workload distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing operational projects, initiatives, and expansions.
- Handle operational issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations, administrative management, or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of workflow management, process improvement, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using productivity and management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
- This position primarily operates in a professional office environment.
- Requires adequate visual and auditory acuity to perform essential job functions, including viewing detailed digital information and participating in virtual meetings.
- The work environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level, with standard office lighting and temperature conditions.
- Occasional extended hours may be required to meet operational deadlines or communicate with teams across different time zones.
