Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 35,000 to 47,000 to apply.

Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through technology? We're looking for an experienced Adoption Specialist to lead the charge in embedding collaboration and productivity tools—primarily Microsoft 365 and Atlassian—across our global organisation.

What will you do as an Adoption Specialist?

Reporting to the Service Manager - Collaboration Solutions, your accountabilities will include:

• Develop and execute adoption strategies for Microsoft and Atlassian platforms
• Deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and resources to boost user confidence
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and drive engagement
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support users with expert guidance and troubleshoot challenges
• Work with Service Management to embed ITIL processes into daily operations
• Partner with Collaboration Solutions Delivery to ensure smooth handover of new systems into BAU
• Feedback user insights to inform future development and enhancements

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar role focused on tool adoption and enablement
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate tech into plain language
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics
• Proven ability to create and deliver effective training content

Desirable:

• Certification in change management or related discipline
• Familiarity with other collaboration platforms
