Role Purpose

The AI Integration Specialist will design, implement, and optimize ERP and system integrations across Smart Suites. This role goes beyond system administration its about engineering smarter ways of working through automation, AI-driven reporting, and project management.

Scope of Services

• Implement and streamline an ERP solution that includes platforms such as Zoho, Mews, Power BI, PriceLabs, and Microsoft 365, or similar.
• Build standardized workflows to reduce complexity and ensure data accuracy.
• Deploy AI to automate tasks, create efficiencies and predict trends.
• Research and implement tools that provide Smart Suites with a competitive edge.
• Document SOPs, create scalable processes, and support adoption across teams.
• Deliver ERP/AI projects on time and within scope.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to align systems with business needs.
• Lead hypercare support following system go-live, ensuring smooth adoption, rapid issue resolution, and continuous optimization of ERP/AI tools.

Minimum Requirements (Mid-Level):

• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years working with ERP systems, data reporting, or automation.
• ERP Systems: Ability to configure ERP modules (Zoho, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), troubleshoot issues, and train end-users.
• Data & Reporting: Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and able to build dashboards in Power BI or Zoho Analytics. Comfortable writing intermediate SQL queries.
• AI & Automation: Hands-on experience building automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar tools. Exposure to AI-assisted reporting. Knowledge of web scraping is a plus.
• Integration Skills: Can manage APIs for standard integrations (e.g., Zoho Microsoft 365 Power BI).
• Project Management: Able to manage small ERP/automation projects, define milestones, and deliver outcomes.
• Documentation & SOPs: Capable of drafting SOPs and user training guides.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working directly with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to address requirements and deliver solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Proactive in suggesting process improvements, testing solutions with AI tools, and finding smarter ways to deliver efficiency.

Preferred Senior-Level Skills (5 to 8+ years):

• Led cross-functional ERP or automation projects, managing stakeholders across departments.
• Designed advanced BI dashboards, automated reporting, and predictive models.
• Built scalable automation pipelines and implemented AI/ML solutions.
• Managed advanced API integrations, system architecture, and cross-company standardization.
• Designed end-to-end documentation and knowledge transfer processes.
• Consulted with leadership to align systems with business goals and scale operations.
