As a Marketing Specialist with Nascent, your primary responsibility will be to drive awareness and adoption of our next-generation sodium-ion battery solutions through strategic marketing campaigns, compelling content, and targeted outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns promoting battery and energy storage solutions across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Create content for social media, email, website, and other platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, grow engagement, and track performance metrics.
  • Report on campaign results and recommend optimizations.
  • Support participation in trade shows, webinars, and product demos.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to ensure technically accurate, value-driven messaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Assist in light sales and ops tasks such as proposals, spec sheets, and supplier decks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development support.
  • Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, or Adobe Suite.
  • Familiar with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media strategy.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments with shifting priorities.
