Job description:

Bizu Patisserie (Philippine Pastries, Inc.) is one of the most innovative pastry shops, delivering high-quality food products and services to our sophisticated customers.

The dining supervisor is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. The one who oversees the restaurant operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
  • Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
  • Manage departmental operation and take action where necessary to ensure it runs smoothly, participating in service duties during service periods, where necessary.
  • Responsible for assisting in training, coaching, and role modeling for the new hires (providing positive and constructive feedback).

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, particularly in the hospitality track, or an equivalent experience in the food service industry.
  • At least 1 to 2 yearsof working experience specializing in food/beverage/restaurant service or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in Restaurant Operations Management and Policy Implementation.
  • Has a strong leadership inclination and can establish camaraderie among team members.
  • Team player, flexible and multi-tasking to perform various roles in daily restaurant activities.
  • Familiar with MS office operations
  • Computer literate and with above-average communication skills, both oral and written.
