Job Responsibilities

As Dining Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring excellent customer experience and service standards
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to servers, cashiers, and utility staff
  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and dining area readiness
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Assist in training, coaching, and motivating dining staff
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
  • Monitor inventory of dining supplies and report needs to purchasing/management
  • Perform basic reporting (daily sales recap, incident reports, staff attendance)
  • Uphold company policies and represent Suzhou Dimsum's brand values

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Can work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, POS familiarity preferred)
  • Team player but confident in decision-making
