What will you do as Regional Manager:

  • Recruits, trains, activates, supervises and motivates Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors​
  • Identifies and implements recruitment activities in his region to support the agency leaders, i.e., Business Opportunity Programs ​
  • Conducts training programs to activate the agency force​
  • Participates in the planning, directing and execution of various agency sales & marketing related programs such as annual drives, launchings, and regional assemblies​
  • Conducts regular branch visits and meeting with associates (Maloloas, Pampanga & Cabanatuan)

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor's degree (we value diverse educational backgrounds) ​
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Agency Sales Recruitment must be gained from Life Insurance.​
  • Strong Agency Recruitment experience​
