About the role

This is a full-time Area Manager - Mindanao role with Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' based in Davao City Davao del Sur. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' retail store locations across the Mindanao region, ensuring operational excellence and driving overall business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' retail stores in the Mindanao region
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage and coach a team of Store Managers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions to optimise efficiency and profitability

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar Area Manager or Regional Manager role within the retail or consumer products industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of Store Managers to achieve outstanding results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with retail management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field
