DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • build your own sales organization through extensive recruitment and effective onboarding and activation.
  • train and develop agency leaders and/or financial advisors through mentoring and coaching.
  • lead and manage a group of agency leaders and advisors towards the achievement of company objectives.
  • ensure that structure and systems are executed flawlessly.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • with lofty ambitions (Big, Hairy Audacious Goals)
  • Managerial experience (sales management experience is an advantage)
  • willing to be mentored, coached and trained, and willing to become a trainer, mentor and coach.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

  • Start-up Monthly Business Subsidy between 50,000-150,000 depending on current monthly income
  • Plus Commissions and Overrides ranging from 100,000 to 200,000
