HR Intern Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support the Human Resources department. This role will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and help you develop essential skills for a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in organizing HR activities, employee engagement programs, and training sessions.
  • Help prepare HR-related reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
