About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the dynamic team at Amalgated Capital Inc. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and compliance. This position is based in Davao del Sur Davao and offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  2. Assist with the recruitment and selection of talented candidates to join the organisation
  3. Develop and deliver training programs to upskill and engage our workforce
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  5. Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and implement effective HR strategies
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management principles
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  5. A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
