  • Responsible in end to end recruitment
  • Checking and consolidation of Timekeeping forms
  • Prepares and submits reports.
  • Incident Report Preparation
  • Knowledgeable in Procurement process
  • Monitoring office/building maintenance
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Fire insurance renewal

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year working experience in the same field.
  • Good communication skills and has a pleasing personality
  • Has good interpersonal skills and people-oriented.
  • Must be highly organized and flexible
  • Experience and knowledge as HR Generalist is a plus factor.
