Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding experience
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, training, and development
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters

Job Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR software and computer applications, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
